The information you provide to us will be used by Los Locos Beach Apartments for the purpose of contacting you with regard to holiday lettings on Playa de Los Locos in Torrevieja, Spain. We may also use your information to keep you informed by email, telephone and/or post about future holiday opportunities.

If you do not wish to consent to the use of your data for any of these purposes, including if you do not wish to receive direct marketing information from Los Locos Beach Apartments, or you wish to remove your data from our database, please e-mail bernard@loslocosbeach.com.

Los Locos Beach Apartments is a data controller and all requests for information or a copy of your personal data should be sent in writing and addressed to General Manager, Los Locos Beach Apartments, 22 Llandennis Avenue, Cardiff, CF23 6JG. You may be charged a fee of £10.00 for this service and you may be asked to submit additional information to verify your identity.

Information we may collect from you

We may collect and process the following data about you: Information that you provide by filling in forms on the website or manually by post to help with the holiday letting process. This information will include your name, address, e-mail address(es), phone number(s) and date of birth.

If you reserve one of our properties, we shall also request and hold copies of documentation showing your letting preferences and financial information such as bank account details (if supplied). We may record and store any telephone calls you have with us for record keeping and quality control purposes.

If you contact us, we may also keep a record of that correspondence. Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfilment of your orders. Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

Where we store your Personal Data

The data that we collect from you will be stored at our home address. We endeavour to take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Data Security

Although we will do our best to protect the storage of your personal data, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site or any third party. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information and stored it in our database, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

  • To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us

We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes.
