1. Garden of Nations
Ronda Cesar Canovas Girada, 11, Torrevieja, Spain
A short stroll from the centre of Torrevieja, the Garden of Nations is a glorious park, perfect for enjoying with the whole family. Home to a scale replica of the European continent, the Garden of Nations is also bursting with bird life, including ducks, chickens and peacocks. Make sure you take some bird seed along to make some feathered friends! Well maintained, with lovely plants and fountains, this park also features a kiosk bar and a well-equipped playground for youngsters.
2. Aromático Park
Av. Torreblanca, 29, Torrevieja, Spain
Easily accessible, just off the N332, Aromático Park is a particularly tranquil park in Torrevieja. Named for the many lovely herbs and plants growing in its gardens, this small park is a calm oasis for visitors seeking a quiet stroll through twisting paths and fountains. There’s even a small playground for keeping the kids entertained. Canine lovers should note, however, that this park is not dog-friendly.
3. Doña Sinforosa Park

Located to the South of Torrevieja, a stone’s throw from the Salt Dock and Acequión Beach, this shady garden was inspired by an 18th Century design, including charming cobblestones and fountains. This park is especially great for bird-watchers, as it is the home of a flock of green parrots. Sit back, relax and watch the birds while the kids are occupied in the playground.
4. Estación Park
